The Inland Institute an Oral and Maxillofacial center that helps patients with a variety of surgery techniques from bone grafting, implants to nose jobs has partnered with Tele Express Business Systems to handle the IT and low voltage for their new center currently being constructed in Upland California.

Tele Express is installing state of the art equipment for wireless Internet Access, Surveillance Cameras, VoIP Phone System, Nurse Call System, Voice and Data Cabling, Audio Visual Systems, and Internet and Telco Services.

Tele Express assisted in the consultation of this project with JBA Consulting Engineers and is excited to bring Dr. Gilbert and the Inland Institute on board as another one of our valued clients.

Dr. Gilbert’s vision of his surgery center is what fueled the design process from consultation to the beginning phases of implementation. His hands on approach to his business has lead the way for little error in what he envisions as an excellent place for his patients to go. The fact that he has chosen to work with Tele Express to fulfill the commitment to his detailed vision is an honor and we will hold fast to making his dreams a reality.

Any Dental or Surgery center that would like to build a state of the art facility should look to industry leaders such as Dr. Gilbert for a model of how to undertake a project of this size in order to create an all around great experience for patients and staff alike.

Each room will have four sources of music that patients can choose between to suit their liking. These sources are sourced from Ipods, Internet streams such as Pandora, Direct TV boxes and more. Each room has a flat screen TV where patients can play movies or watch their favorite television shows, while they wait or undergo procedures.

The conference room wall drops to unfold for a full projector movie based experience where lessons on procedures and informative talks will be given. Overhead speakers mix zones with microphone and TV inputs.

Site is fully protected with IP surveillance cameras and phones are up to date with the ShoreTel VoIP system.

Overall this office is going to be an amazing and comfortable experience!

Oldest Church in Irvine

We began working with Irvine Community Church late 2009. We were discussing with them how the oldest church in Irvine could get up to date with their telecommunications -phone lines and Internet as well as phone system.

The church has an older architecture and the lines that extended into their phone room were very old. I probably should not be called a phone room, it was an old pair of copper coming into a screw terminal up in a dusty room next to the bell tower.

We have signed a deal with ICC and are in the process of modernizing their cable infrastructure and installing a new phone system.

They are very grateful for some of the services we are providing, because they will solve alot of the problems that they were experiencing. One church employee had noticed that when the pastor would get on the phone the DSL service would drop unexpectedly.

We have addressed these issues and are installing a Tele Pacific Smart Voice T1 with integrated voice lines. They are really going to be wowed with the additional bandwidth and services like fax to email integration.

Last week Tele Express attended the ShoreTel Champion Partner Conference at the Las Costas Resort in Carlsbad California.

The Conference served multiple functions. Technicians and Sales personnel were tested and re-certified on important ShoreTel certifications. There were also break out sessions and auditorium style classes and informational sessions.

The announcement of ShoreTel’s partnership with IBM to include an Active Desktop style domain controller and server along with ShoreTel integrations was an exciting announcement. The rumbling orchestra of 2001 A Space Odyssey and strobe lights flickered an effect on a monolithic server that sat at the center of the stage.

Rapt in exhilaration that anticipating audience wondered “Okay? What is it?”. That particular event felt akin to sitting in an Apple Conference listening to Steve Jobs release a new product for Apple. The audience saw demonstrations of a ShoreTel engineer program a complete system, with a domain, email, web site, chat server and more in his bath robe in just a few minutes. Yes literally his bath robe.

There was also a vendor tent where there were a substantial amount of ShoreTel add-ons that are now available on the ShoreTel system through 3rd party companies. Some of these add-ons included advanced e911 push notices directly to the ShoreTel phone. Call Recording, Reporting, ShoreTel flow charts for larger organizations.

Also the new ShoreTel color touch phone was available for viewing and demonstrations.

One of the biggest pieces of news from the event was that ShoreTel had a record quarter for revenue and had surpassed the 40 million mark. This also followed with news that CEO John Combs will be leaving the company and will be replaced with a new CEO.

As of July 1st La Habra Relocations installed a ShoreTel Voice Over IP Phone System at their new office in Anaheim California. They also signed up for voice and Internet services using a dynamic T1 line.

Tele Express brought to the table a combination of cutting edge technology, enhanced efficiency, and cost savings. After Jim Stadler the Manager of La Habra Relocations  saw the ShoreTel demo, on-site in his office conference room, he was immediately interested in the product, and knew it was the best solution to take his company’s communications and sales to the next level.

Tele Express offered to do a free telephone bill audit and analysis to see if there were any savings we could bring to the table as well. It turned out there were substantial savings we could offer through unifying their communications and finding new ways to transfer calls from remote areas.

The system ended up paying for itself and La Habra is running more efficiently than ever before with new features. They are able to stay in touch with their sales force, clients and moving personnel better than ever before.

We also provided a variety of other services such as extending the demarcation point from over a 1,000 feet away to the new telecommunications room and set up paging horns for the warehouse.
