TelxDialer Detail
Overview:
TelxDialer is a Software-Only dialer system which include web-based management portal and Windows-based Dialer engine with using Microsoft SQL database as its data storage.
TelxDialer is integrated with ShoreTel phone system and uses it's resources to dialing out.
Input Method:
Data (List of numbers) can be imported to the dialer via Comma Separated Value (CSV) file format. Each Data file will be stored in TelxDialer's Storage space and can be accessible for further use.
Data files must contain Field Headers to describe contents within the file. Each Data file must have at least one field for phone number called "Phone".
Storage Management:
You can manage your Data Files as well as Audio files in Storage Management section.
Audio files must be in Wave format with 64 Kbps Bit Rate, 8 Bit Sample Size, 8 Khz Sample Rate and CCITT u_law Format.
Campaigns:
Each campaign is containing list of phone numbers as well as related information about that number which was imported from Data file during creation of the Campaign.
Campaigns has different settings which describe Dialer behavior (Such as number of simultaneous calls, number of cycles, delay between each cycle and etc.)
and actions which will dialer apply to assigned list (Such as playing specific Audio file, Transferring call to external number or hunt group, Prompt introduction and ask for user input to determine if there is an actual human or detected as Answering machine, ...).
You can define multiple campaigns in TelxDialer but only one can be run at a time.
Dialer Engine:
You can "Start" or "Stop" campaigns within portal. TelxDialer is capable of running one campaign at a time.
After running a campaign, Dialer engine will triggered and start dialing to the list of phone numbers within the campaign.
Dialer can be configured via Campaign's setting to make several waves or "cycles" of calls separated by a configurable delay between each cycle.
In the first cycle, all phone numbers will be called.
Each additional cycle will attempt to call any phone numbers who failed to answer or who were busy in the previous cycles.
Logs and Results:
Dialer will log all activities for each phone number in SQL Database.
This information can be accessed via Campaigns list section, by click on Detail link in the phone numbers list.
Dialer also logs all ShoreTel phone system activities in text-based Log files which can be accessed via System Logs section.
Installation and Support
Free remote installation and 1 year remote support will be provided to all customers.
TelxDialer must be installed on a ShoreTel Server.
This may be the customer's Headquarters (ShoreWare Director) server or it could be a separately configured Distributed Voice Server (DVS).
TelxDialer will use RoutePoint for dialing. You can create new RoutePoint specifically for dialer (Recommended) or use any defined RoutePoint.
Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5+, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express and IIS 6.0+ with ASP.Net 3.5 is required.
License and Pricing
TelxDialer will be licensed based on the Server that host the application.
There is no limitation on this licensing model which means
there is no limitation on number of simultaneous calls, number of campaigns or any other parts.
First year support and installation also included in the license.
